About Alan Ward Secure By Design
At Alan Ward Secure By Design, we are a family run double glazing company specialising in professional window and door installation. With over 40 years of experience in the trade, we have built a strong reputation for quality workmanship, honest advice, and dependable service.
Our work is rated highly across Google and Yell, which reflects the care we take with every project, no matter the size. From the first conversation through to final installation, our focus is always on doing the job properly and delivering results that last.
A Straightforward, Honest Approach
We believe choosing a double glazing company should feel simple and stress free. That is why we do not use pressure sales tactics or door knocking. Instead, we take the time to understand your property, your needs, and your budget before recommending the most suitable solution.
We offer free quotations, although these are not always available on the same day. This allows us to properly assess each project and provide clear, accurate advice rather than rushed estimates.
Experience You Can Rely On
With decades of hands on experience, we understand that good double glazing is about more than just the product. It is about careful planning, precise fitting, and attention to detail at every stage of the installation.
We work with a wide range of properties, installing double glazed windows and doors that improve energy efficiency, security, and comfort. All work is carried out by experienced installers who take pride in delivering a clean, professional finish.
Quality Products & Proven Systems
For all window and door installations, we use Rehau profiles exclusively. Rehau window and door systems are known for their durability, energy efficiency, security, and design flexibility. By using trusted systems, we are able to deliver consistent quality across both modern and traditional properties.
To give our customers peace of mind, we are FENSA certified and ensure all work meets current building regulations. We also provide a 10 year guarantee on products and labour, along with a 5 year guarantee on double glazed units.
Local Double Glazing Specialists
Based in Wigston, we serve customers throughout Leicestershire and the surrounding areas. Wherever we are working, the same standards apply, with projects planned around your schedule and completed with minimal disruption.
If you are looking for experienced, reliable double glazing installers who value workmanship over hard selling, Alan Ward Secure By Design is here to help.
